COLD CATALYST FILTER
1. Natural cold catalyst: the catalytic decomposition of the cold catalyst does not require ultraviolet high temperature and high pressure. Under normal living conditions, catalysis can be used to control pollution. 2. The cold catalyst can catalyze the reaction of the following harmful gases at the same time: formaldehyde, ammonia, benzene, TVOC, sulfide hydrogen and oxygen in the air. 3. The main components of the cold catalyst are food and pharmaceutical additives, the products are non-toxic, non-corrosive and non-flammable. Under normal temperature conditions, catalytic converter can remove harmful gases such as formaldehyde, benzene, xylene, toluene and TVOV. It is a safe and ecological product.
HEPA FILTER
HEPA filters belong to the category of the so-called "absolute filters". The term "absolute filter" is justified by the fact that HEPA filters have a high filtration efficiency. In particular, HEPA filters have a filtration efficiency between 85% (H10) and 99.995% (H14). The HEPA filters are classified according with the filtration efficiency of 0.3 μm particles and with the UNI EN 1822 standards. This type of filtration can capture and reduce 99.97% of fine dust in the air, such as pollen, pollutants and allergens, and reduce the vectors of bacteria and viruses in the air.
COTTON ANTIBACTERIAL FILTER
1. We adopt non-woven materials imported from the United States, which have the characteristics of debacterization, resistance to humidity and mold, not supporting their proliferation.
HONEYCOMB ACTIVETED CARBON FILTER
1. Its main material is high-density honeycomb activated carbon. Compared to the honeycomb activated carbon with coconut shell, which is commonly used, the activated carbon filter has greater absorbability and can last longer. 2. Activated carbon can greatly improve the ability to remove all kinds of harmful gases and decompose the absorption of formaldehyde, toluene, xylene, ammonia and other harmful substances. Removal rate of ≥ 99%. 3. Carbon density: 200g +/- 10%.
Which are the pollutants?
We added antiviral material, such as copper and silver ions, alongside with the recent development of our antibacterial and antiviral filter, to inhibit the proliferation of bacteria and molds that adhere to the filter surface. This is helpful to deliver clean, odorless air within the environment.
Indication about sterilization of copper and silver ions
Copper ions and silver ions can damage the cell membrane causing cytoplasmic leaks, this lead to bacteria destruction. The silver ions can penetrate into the cells and interact with the protoplasts, leading them to contract.
The copper ions and silver ions are first absorbed on the surface of the bacterial cell wall, destroying some of its physiological functions. When after the aggregation the copper and silver ions have reached a certain level, they penetrate inside the cell wall, remain on the cytoplasmic membrane and inhibit the enzymes that operate in the activity of the cytoplasmic membrane, leading to the death of bacteria and other microorganisms.
Copper ions and silver ions can also act on specific sites of bacterial molecules, destroying the molecular structure. The copper ions and silver ions can coagulate the nucleic acids, causing the cross-linking of the molecules or catalyzing the formation of free radicals, leading to the breakdown of chemical bonds on the DNA molecules.

The first layer: copper and silver ion PET skeleton
Newly developed antibacterial and antiviral Cu2Ag + technology uses the PET skeleton as a carrier, which carries copper ions and silver ions and then, activates itself with the medical grade HEPA H13 filter to play the role of isolation, antibacterial and antiviral sterilization such as: SARS (atypical pneumonia), H7N9 (avian flu, coronavirus), H1N1 (respiratory flu virus) and other viruses.
The research "Discussion on the inactivating effect of nanosilver on the H3N2 influenza virus" brought its results also through experiments: the nanosilver has a direct inactivating effect on the H3N2 influenza virus. The Oxidability of nano-silver active silver ions, i.e., active silver ions, have a better direct inactivation effect on the H3N2 influenza virus.

The third layer: modified activated carbon
Modified activated carbon can filter formaldehyde, volatile organic compounds and other gaseous pollutants to keep the air neutral and odorless. It can greatly improve the ability to decompose and absorb PM2.5 or all particles having dimensions less or equal than 2.5 µm.
The VK (VIRUS KILLER) are devices that can guarantee the perpetual sanification of the air, both for environments and surfaces. The technology imitates and reproduces what happens in nature through photocatalysis, a process that, thanks to the combined action of the UV rays of the sun, the humidity present in the air and some noble metals present in nature, generates oxidizing ions capable of destroying most of the polluting and toxic substances. The photochemical reaction that is generated therefore, allows to destroy polluting substances, in particular bacteria, viruses, molds, allergens and odors, with a natural active principle.
The active sanitization system differs from passive systems in the following aspect: it sanitizes the air present in the environment continuously 24 / 24h, so all external agents that are introduced into the environment will be filtered and sanitized.
The passive system just sanitizes the air present in the environment at the time of treatment, and for the reason that it doesn’t act later, all external agents present in the air after the treatment will not be sanitized.
